If you’ve ever taken a yoga class, then you know that wearing socks depends by the person doing the yoga poses. Yoga is about being as comfortable as possible in your own skin and not worrying what others are going to think. If you’re not comfortable practicing in socks, take them off!
So , the bottom line is that you should never be pressured into wearing socks during a yoga session . If your instructor does require that you wear socks, then do so- but if they don’t, don’t feel obligated to add them. The only exceptions are when the floor has wet spots.
